  Key Responsibilities:
                    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
                    • Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
                    • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
                    • Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and forward them to the sales team for closure.
                    • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
                    • Respond to customer queries professionally and resolve concerns efficiently.
                    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
                    • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
