Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Promote products/services and generate leads for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Communicate effectively in English, Arabic, or other bilingual languages as required.
Provide timely responses to client queries and resolve basic issues or escalate appropriately.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Qualifications:
1+ year of tele calling or customer support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and/or any bilingual language is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under targets and maintain a professional demeanor on calls.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
