TeleSales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from interested prospects.

  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working with targets and meeting deadlines.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
