Acquire and manage retail (B2C) clients for Mutual Fund investments
Promote and sell Mutual Fund products (equity, debt, hybrid, SIPs, lump-sum) based on client risk profiles
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with individual investors
Conduct client meetings, financial need analysis, and investment consultations
Achieve assigned AUM, revenue, and SIP targets
Educate clients on market trends, fund performance, and portfolio diversification
Ensure KYC, documentation, and regulatory compliance as per SEBI/AMFI norms
Coordinate with internal operations and product teams for smooth transaction processing
Track client portfolios and provide periodic performance updates and reviews
Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems
4+ years of proven experience in Mutual Funds sales (B2C)
Indian Mutual Funds market experience is acceptable and preferred
Strong understanding of Mutual Fund products and investment strategies
Experience in achieving AUM and revenue-based sales targets
Excellent communication, persuasion, and client relationship management skills
Ability to explain financial products clearly to retail clients
AMFI-certified (preferred)
Strong prospecting and referral-building skills
Client-first, advisory-oriented selling approach
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Multilingual capability is an advantage
