Mutual Funds Relationship Manager

    Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and manage retail (B2C) clients for Mutual Fund investments

  • Promote and sell Mutual Fund products (equity, debt, hybrid, SIPs, lump-sum) based on client risk profiles

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with individual investors

  • Conduct client meetings, financial need analysis, and investment consultations

  • Achieve assigned AUM, revenue, and SIP targets

  • Educate clients on market trends, fund performance, and portfolio diversification

  • Ensure KYC, documentation, and regulatory compliance as per SEBI/AMFI norms

  • Coordinate with internal operations and product teams for smooth transaction processing

  • Track client portfolios and provide periodic performance updates and reviews

  • Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems

    Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Mutual Funds sales (B2C)

  • Indian Mutual Funds market experience is acceptable and preferred

  • Strong understanding of Mutual Fund products and investment strategies

  • Experience in achieving AUM and revenue-based sales targets

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and client relationship management skills

  • Ability to explain financial products clearly to retail clients

  • AMFI-certified (preferred)

  • Strong prospecting and referral-building skills

  • Client-first, advisory-oriented selling approach

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined

    Language & Communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
