Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services.
Respond to inbound inquiries from interested prospects.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
