Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with real estate brokerages, agents, and channel partners across Dubai
Drive new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach
Promote and sell real estate projects / services to brokers, investors, and end clients
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and management teams to align business strategies
Organize and participate in broker meetings, property launches, roadshows, and events
Maintain accurate records of leads, broker interactions, and deals in CRM systems
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in compliance with company policies
2–3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development in Dubai
Strong and active network with real estate brokerages and agents
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (off-plan & secondary preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on closing and revenue generation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English is mandatory
Arabic is a strong advantage
Additional languages such as French, Russian, Greek, or any other multilingual capability will be highly preferred
